A study determined that the suicide rate for veterans has dropped from 22 in 2010 to 20 in 2014. The VA is bringing on new recruits to help with the Veterans Crisis Line as well as hiring new psychologists and psychiatrists. These changes are being done in an attempt to improve mental health services and to remove the stigma of asking for help.
