Texas A&M University is currently testing an application that may help veterans who suffer from PTSD. The application monitors heart rate and can predict early signs of PTSD attacks. Once triggered the application would ask a series of questions and depending on the answer would link the user up to a support system, breathing exercises, or help lines.
