Connecticut organization are helping PTSD Veterans Upgrade “Bad Paper” discharges

These Connecticut organizations have reached out to 1,500 Veterans informing them that they can apply for a discharge upgrade. If the Veteran who has a”bad paper” discharge was diagnosed with PTSD they are eligible to have their discharge status upgraded.
