| 40 percent | $587.36 |
| 50 percent | $836.13 |
| 60 percent | $1,059.09 |
| 70 percent | $1,334.71 |
| 80 percent | $1,551.48 |
| 90 percent | $1,743.48 |
| 100 percent | $2,906.83 |
