Free Veterans Advocate Representation for Homeless Vet Results in $41,000 in Benefits

As part of Veterans Help Group ongoing effort to provide free legal assistance to homeless veterans, we are pleased to announce that veterans’ advocate Edward Farmer recently obtained a 100% disability rating and $41,000 in back benefits for a homeless veteran as part of Edward’s participation with the Center for Veterans Advancement (CVA). The CVA provides pro bono (no fee) free veterans representation for homeless and indigent disabled veterans trying to obtain VA disability compensation. This money provided the Veteran with much-needed funds to stabilize his living situation and provide him with a better quality of living.
